In addition, we also have hardback copies of the Thai cook book, Baan: Recipes and stories from my Thai home, waiting to be sent out to 10 lucky recipients. ‘Baan’ means the hearth, the home, the community, the place where you come from and this new book by Kay Plunkett-Hogge emulates just that feeling from Thai cuisine. Born and raised in Bangkok, Kay spoke Thai before she spoke English and has spent more than half her life in Thailand. Baan: Recipes and stories from my Thai home is a true homage to her childhood, to the delicious recipes that she was raised on and a cuisine and country that she loves.

Terms & Conditions: The main prize consists of a meal for two at a Rosa’s Thai Cafe of your choice. The additional prizes are hardback copies of Baan: Recipes and stories from my Thai home. Closing date 30th September extended until 7th October 2019. The main prize must be taken before 30th November 2019 and is to a maximum value of £100. Over 18s only. The prizes are not transferable. We will contact the prize winners via the email address supplied by 4th October 11th October 2019 and if no response is received within one week of contact, will forfeit their entry and the winner will be redrawn. Transport to and from the restaurant is winner’s responsibility. No cash or prize alternative. The promoter is the Tourism Authority of Thailand, 17-19 Cockspur St, London SW1Y 5BL, who reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize.
