Phuket Vegetarian Festival
The Vegetarian Festival is celebrated at various locations in Thailand including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Krabi, Phuket and Trang. The biggest and most elaborate festival takes place in Phuket. Also known as the Nine Emperor Gods Festival, the Phuket Vegetarian Festival is a wonderful mix of tradition and shock factor.
