When we are too busy to commit to a regular workout routine, we can miss out on the stress-busting benefits of exercise. Why not reduce any feelings of tension and lethargy with this simple full body workout you can try at home. This easy to follow 15-minute routine includes warm-up, full body workout and cool-down. Thank you to Healing Holidays and Khun Choopong and all the team at Kamalaya Koh Samui for their help in putting this video together.
We want you to enjoy our fitness videos, but we also want you to do so safely. Please read the important notes below the video before attempting any of these exercises.
Not all exercises are suitable for all people. If you have an injury or any underlying health issue, you should consult your doctor before exercising and always stop if you feel any pain. Do not exercise if you are feeling unwell, you have eaten a heavy meal in the last two hours, you have been drinking alcohol, you are on painkillers (they may mask any warning pains) or you are undergoing medical treatment (you should consult your doctor first). We cannot recommend that you use these exercises if pregnant as these videos have not been made with pregnancy in mind. And please remember, you are always exercising at your own risk.
We hope you enjoy trying out our Stay At Home Thai Style activities. If you have any photos or videos of you or your family trying out these exercises, we’d love to see them. Please share with us on Facebook or Instagram and let’s spread some Thai-style sanuk (fun)!
