Enjoy some winter sun in Thailand this year with the launch of a new Tourist Visa (TR Visa) which is now available to travellers from the UK. Aimed at long-stay visitors, the visa allows tourists to stay in Thailand for up to 60 days. The visa costs £30.
A 15 day/14 night quarantine on arrival to Thailand is mandatory, so the visa is aimed at those who wish to enjoy an extended period of time travelling and provides an opportunity to stay and explore more of the Kingdom. Thailand has always offered excellent value for money so the visa has already proved popular with travellers who enjoy long winter sun breaks and escaping cold European winters!

Step Two
Once a Tourist Visa (TR Visa) has been granted, visa holders must then apply for a Certificate of Entry (CoE) at: https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/

- A supporting Fit to Fly health certificate. This must be issued within 72 hours before departure – this is a statement by a doctor that you are free from symptoms and fit to fly.
