WIN a private, online Thai cooking lesson with MasterChef UK quarter-finalist Yui, plus all the ingredients delivered to your door!
We’ve teamed up with Yui Miles, MasterChef UK quarter-finalist (2019), to launch a delicious competition to raise spirits and whet your appetite for Thai food during lockdown and bring a taste of Thailand to your home.
If you’re looking for some motivation and inspiration in the kitchen, enter this amazing competition for your chance to win a private, online Thai cooking lesson with chef Yui. All the ingredients you need will be delivered safely to your door plus a case of Chang Beer and 3 bottles of Monsoon Valley wine to enjoy with your home cooked Thai feast. Runners up will receive a delivery of Chang Beer or Monsoon Valley Wine.

Terms & Conditions
The competition opens at midday on Friday 17th April 2020 and closes at midnight on 8th May 2020. The winners will be contacted by a representative from Tourism Thailand (TAT UK) by 13th May 2020 to be advised of their prizes and to coordinate deliveries. Entrants must be from the UK and aged 18 or over. Entrants must be able to provide a UK home address to which the prizes can be delivered and be able to join a virtual cooking class with Yui via Zoom or similar online platform. Entrants agree to taking photographs and videos of their cooking lesson to share with TAT UK to use on their social media to promote the prize and prize winners. Valid entries are accepted on Facebook and Instagram and all entries will be collated to pick the winners.
About Yui Miles
Yui comes from a strong Thai/Chinese family where cooking and eating have always been a focal point of family life. Yui has followed her heart and passion for authentic Asian cuisine since she was a child and is proud to have showcased her dishes on BBC’s MasterChef UK (2019 quarter-finalist) and appeared on Channel 4’s Beat the Chef in the Summer of 2019 which she won. Founder of Crying Tiger Café (cooking lessons, workshops and private dining), Yui is currently working with one of the UK’s leading supermarkets developing recipes for their website and magazine and is one of only a hundred hand-picked influencers in the UK for Sainsbury’s Tastemakers campaign. She is also a contributing recipe author to CookPad UK. During the Covid-19 lockdown, Yui has turned her attention to helping her local NHS Heroes at Broomfield Hospital in Essex by delivering delicious, healthy Thai food boxes to keep them going.
