Travel to Khao Sok

The nearest airport to Khao Sok is at Surat Thani, approximately 1.5 hours away. A taxi between Surat Thani Airport and Khao Sok will cost between 1,500 and 2,500 Baht.

Frequent buses and minivans run between Surat Thani and Phuket and Krabi via Khao Sok. A similar service is available if travelling in the other direction from Phuket or Krabi to Khao Sok.

The drop-off point for buses is at the main entrance road to Khao Sok National Park on Highway 401. This is located near Khlong Sok village and is around a 15-minute drive away from Anurak Lodge. The room rate at Anurak does not include transfers, but you can contact the lodge in advance to arrange the transfer, or use one of the private vehicles that meet the buses.
